Elmore Stoutt High School will undergo an air conditioning upgrade as part of ongoing maintenance efforts, the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports announced this week.

The Government of the Virgin Islands is seeking qualified contractors to source and fit VRV air conditioning equipment in the middle block of the campus. All bidders must attend a compulsory site inspection on Monday, 12 October at 10:00 a.m. to evaluate existing infrastructure and identify the machinery, materials and workforce needed for completion.

Bidders should prepare one original and one duplicate copy of their proposal and all supporting paperwork, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Supply and Installation of VRV Air Conditioning Units (Middle Block) at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS)."

Proposals must reach the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, 2nd Floor, E.A. Creque Building, Main Street, Road Town, Tortola by Friday, 23 October at 10:00 a.m. Any submission arriving after that time will be rejected.

Questions can be directed to the Meyas Procurement Team via [email protected] or (284) 468 2151. The government retains the authority to decline any bids, accept none, or halt the process entirely without penalty.
