The pair sat down with Premier and Minister of Finance Dr. Natalio Wheatley, Acting Commissioner of Police Richard Ullger, Director of Disaster Management Jasen Penn and other government figures. Their agenda focused on how the Territory could improve its disaster response systems, deepen security partnerships and build its capacity to handle emergencies.
