Raven Phillips won the St. Thomas-St. John District seat on the Board of Elections as an independent, outpacing Democrat Preston R. Evans by more than 1,400 votes. Phillips collected 3,463 votes compared to Evans's 2,057, with 57 write-in ballots also cast in the race. The board oversees elections across the territory.

In the same district's Board of Education contest, two seats were available. Former Senator Judy M. Gomez finished first with 1,800 votes, while Arah C. Lockhart took the second spot with 1,355 votes.

St. Croix voters showed strong support for independent candidates in the Board of Education race. Lucy M. Jackson and Vincent HA Gordon Jr., both running without party affiliation, won both open seats. Jackson led with 1,196 votes; Gordon followed with 1,175 votes.

Three candidates competed for St. Croix's Board of Elections seats. Shamari I. Haynes, a Democrat, topped the field with 1,513 votes. Independents Mary Moorhead and Kareem T. Francis finished second and third, earning 1,281 and 982 votes respectively.

The election outcomes altered the composition of institutions that hold significant responsibility for the territory's elections and schools.
