Eight Caribbean nations are competing in League A, split into two groups. Group A includes Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Group B features Suriname, Martinique, Jamaica, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. The top two teams from each group will advance to quarter-finals in November, where they will face previously seeded Canada, Panama, Mexico and the United States.

In League B, Guyana opened with a 1-0 win over Puerto Rico, while Cayman Islands and Dominica drew 0-0 in the competition's 500th match. Saint Kitts and Nevis defeated Bonaire 2-1, Barbados beat Saint Lucia 2-0, and Guadeloupe won 2-1 against Bermuda. Grenada lost to Cuba 0-3.

League B comprises four groups, with the top team from each advancing to a championship round for promotion to League A. The runners-up from all four groups will compete for Gold Cup qualification.

League C includes teams such as Bahamas, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Montserrat, Saint Martin, Turks and Caicos Islands, and US Virgin Islands.

Matches continue through October 6, with additional fixtures scheduled for November. The tournament results will determine promotion, relegation and each Caribbean nation's path to the 2027 Gold Cup.
