EIGHT RESCUED FROM OVERTURNED BOAT: St. John crew responds to capsized vessel near Buck Island

St. John Rescue responded to an overturned vessel near Buck Island on Friday night, successfully rescuing eight people from the water.

The rescue operation began after a call came in at approximately 10:06 p.m. on October 11. The vessel had capsized in waters south of St. Thomas, near Buck Island.
